Julián Hernando is an Associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2022. His practice focuses on M&A and corporate/commercial law.
Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, he was a Junior Associate at a local law firm.
He is currently pursuing a Specialization in Tax Law at the Universidad de La Sabana. In his undergraduate studies he was a member of the Research Seminar on Private Law, and he has been a teacher assistant of courses such as Contract and Private Law.. He also participated in international Arbitration competitions.
