Lina Becerra has been a lawyer in the Intellectual Property area of Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2022. Specialist in this area; with in-depth knowledge from WIPO and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM).   With emphasis in trademark law, copyright and creative and entertainment industries.

Her practice has focused on different trademark registrations, drafting of contracts, registration of musical and cinematographic works at the DNDA. Likewise, she has accompanied the legal advice and production of different festivals of the entertainment industry, both national and international.
