Pablo Mejía is an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2021. His practice focuses on Natural Resources & Energy, Environmental Law and Port Infrastructure.
Pablo advises clients on power purchase agreements, self-generation and cogeneration schemes, environmental and regulatory issues, public services regime, controlled chemical substances, and project development in the mining and energy industries. Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, he worked at the National Agency for the State’s Defense (ANDJE), where he participated in the defense of Colombia before international investment tribunals in mining, financial, and public services cases.
At law school, Pablo was a team captain on the 2020-2021 edition of the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition and received courses on corporate and financial transactions, renewable energy law, and antitrust law.
