The National Government through Decree 171, February 1, 2016 extended and unified the deadline for all employers to implement the health and safety management system – SG-SST. Therefore, every employer public or private and contractors will have as new deadline to implement the health and safety management system – SG-SST until January 31, 2017, without consideration of the number of employees.
It is worth mentioning that the deadline for the implementation of the management system of security and health at work – SG-SST, for those employers with less than 10 workers expired on January 31, 2016, and for those who have between 10 and 200 workers was going expire on July 31, 2016.
