{"id":7559,"date":"2016-10-06T12:41:13","date_gmt":"2016-10-06T17:41:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/phrdev.pixelpro.website\/novedades\/resolution-of-the-ministry-of-trade-industry-and-tourism\/"},"modified":"2020-10-26T08:06:35","modified_gmt":"2020-10-26T13:06:35","slug":"resolution-of-the-ministry-of-trade-industry-and-tourism","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/phrlegal.com\/en\/novelties-en\/resolution-of-the-ministry-of-trade-industry-and-tourism\/","title":{"rendered":"RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF TRADE, INDUSTRY AND TOURISM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF TRADE, INDUSTRY AND TOURISM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Procedure for the expedition of the certifications referred in Article 1 of Decree 463 of March 16<sup>th<\/sup> of 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The resolution established the documentation and the procedure required for the request of the exemption of income tax for new hotels, according to Decree 463 of 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Legal representatives of hotels should send to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism, not later than December 31<sup>st<\/sup> of 2017, a communication in order to request the expedition of a certification about the condition of the construction, to send it to the DIAN.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To carry out the application, provisions in Law 1755 of 2015 must be applied.
