{"id":7705,"date":"2017-01-16T22:24:26","date_gmt":"2017-01-17T03:24:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/phrdev.pixelpro.website\/novedades\/changes-industry-commerce-tax-ica\/"},"modified":"2020-10-23T17:00:28","modified_gmt":"2020-10-23T22:00:28","slug":"changes-industry-commerce-tax-ica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/phrlegal.com\/en\/novelties-en\/changes-industry-commerce-tax-ica\/","title":{"rendered":"CHANGES TO THE INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE TAX (ICA)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CHANGES TO THE INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE TAX (ICA)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The new regulation included a description of the service activities subject to the tax<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These activities should include all the services, activities, or labors executed by an individual or a corporation, outside of a labor relationship or contract between the parties, regardless of the predominance of the material or intellectual content of the activity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The new regulation also included a new criterion for determining the territoriality for \u201cinvestment\u201d activities. All income perceived from businesses will be taxed by the city where the business or corporation is located.
