{"id":7720,"date":"2017-01-16T23:39:26","date_gmt":"2017-01-17T04:39:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/phrdev.pixelpro.website\/novedades\/dian-now-able-terminate-administrative-proceedings-taxpayers\/"},"modified":"2020-10-23T16:57:36","modified_gmt":"2020-10-23T21:57:36","slug":"dian-now-able-terminate-administrative-proceedings-taxpayers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/phrlegal.com\/en\/novelties-en\/dian-now-able-terminate-administrative-proceedings-taxpayers\/","title":{"rendered":"DIAN IS NOW ABLE TO TERMINATE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS AGAINST TAXPAYERS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DIAN IS NOW ABLE TO TERMINATE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS AGAINST TAXPAYERS <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The preferential treatment will apply until the 30<sup>th<\/sup> of September of 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Tax Authority is able to terminate administrative proceedings that were notified to the taxpayers, customs users, or persons subject to foreign exchange penalties (\u201c<u>taxpayers<\/u>\u201d).
