{"id":7793,"date":"2017-07-28T14:32:15","date_gmt":"2017-07-28T19:32:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/phrdev.pixelpro.website\/novedades\/recent-developments-in-international-taxation\/"},"modified":"2020-10-23T16:45:13","modified_gmt":"2020-10-23T21:45:13","slug":"recent-developments-in-international-taxation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/phrlegal.com\/en\/novelties-en\/recent-developments-in-international-taxation\/","title":{"rendered":"RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN INTERNATIONAL TAXATION"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN INTERNATIONAL TAXATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The Colombian Government will present before Congress the Double Tax Treaty with France on July 20<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>During the Economic Forum between France and Colombia, the president of Colombia Juan Manuel Santos was confident that the Double Tax Treaty with France would become an additional incentive in order to increase the investment among both countries<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Within the framework of the Economic Forum between France and Colombia organized by the French Ministry of Economy and Finance, with the assistance of entrepreneurs and investors, the president Juan Manuel Santos announced that the Government will present on July 20<sup>th<\/sup> the Double Tax Treaty with France, to the Congress.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The treaty was signed by both countries on June 25<sup>th<\/sup> 2015, and was approved by the French Parliament on June 30<sup>th<\/sup> 2016.
