{"id":7845,"date":"2017-12-11T22:51:07","date_gmt":"2017-12-12T03:51:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/phrdev.pixelpro.website\/novedades\/decree-ministry-finance-2\/"},"modified":"2020-10-26T08:00:11","modified_gmt":"2020-10-26T13:00:11","slug":"decree-ministry-finance-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/phrlegal.com\/en\/novelties-en\/decree-ministry-finance-2\/","title":{"rendered":"DECREE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>DECREE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The tax calendar for fiscal year 2018 is issued<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Due dates and deadlines for the filing tax returns and the payment of national-level taxes are defined for year 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Ministry of Finance published Decree 1951 of November 28<sup>th<\/sup> 2017, which defines the places and deadlines for the filing and payment of tax returns in 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For the filing and payment of income tax, the term to pay the first installment will start on February 8<sup>th<\/sup> and end on February 21<sup>st<\/sup> 2018, depending on the last digit of the Tax Identification Number- NIT- included in the Certificate of the Unique Tax Registry (RUT), without taking into account the verification digit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Likewise, the dates were established to declare and pay the wealth tax, by individuals is established. The filing and payment of the first installment will begin on May 9<sup>th<\/sup> and end on May 23<sup>rd<\/sup> 2018, while the payment of the second installment will begin on September 11<sup>th<\/sup> and end on September 24<sup>th<\/sup> 2018.
