{"id":7867,"date":"2018-01-12T14:11:03","date_gmt":"2018-01-12T19:11:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/phrdev.pixelpro.website\/novedades\/decree-of-the-ministry-of-finance-8\/"},"modified":"2020-10-23T16:22:54","modified_gmt":"2020-10-23T21:22:54","slug":"decree-of-the-ministry-of-finance-8","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/phrlegal.com\/en\/novelties-en\/decree-of-the-ministry-of-finance-8\/","title":{"rendered":"DECREE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DECREE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Regulation of the National Consumption Tax of Plastic Bags <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Plastic bags that offer environmental solutions will have differentiated rates <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Ministry of Finance enacted Decree 2198 of 2015 related to the National Consumption Tax of Plastic Bags and established the differentiated tax rates applicable to plastic bags that offer environmental solutions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Plastic bags will have differentiated rates of 0%, 25%, 50% or 75% from the full value of the tax rate, if they meet requirements in terms of biodegradability, percentage of recycled material in the composition of the bag and reuse.
