{"id":7870,"date":"2018-01-12T14:58:54","date_gmt":"2018-01-12T19:58:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/phrdev.pixelpro.website\/novedades\/decree-of-the-ministry-of-finance-10\/"},"modified":"2020-10-23T16:20:15","modified_gmt":"2020-10-23T21:20:15","slug":"decree-of-the-ministry-of-finance-10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/phrlegal.com\/en\/novelties-en\/decree-of-the-ministry-of-finance-10\/","title":{"rendered":"DECREE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DECREE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Colombian tax residents obliged to submit the Local File, Master File and Country by Country report  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The Decree 2120 of 2017 establishes the income tax taxpayers who are liable of submitting the informative return of transfer pricing, preparing and filing the Local File, the Master File and the country-by-country report<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Decree 2120 of 2017 establishes the income tax taxpayers who are liable of submitting the informative return of transfer pricing, preparing and filing the Local File, the Master File and the country-by-country report, according to their gross equity, gross income, the operations performed, their location and nature, among others.
