Colombian NATIONAL COPYRIGHT DIRECTION (DNDA in Spanish) issued an Office Action authorizing the AUDIOVISUAL DIRECTORS, COLOMBIAN MANAGEMENT SOCIETY \u2013DASC, to make the publication of a notice in a newspaper of wide national circulation where they report their intention to obtain the recognition of legal status, as well as authorization to operate as a Collective Management Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The mentioned company would be composed of directors and\/or audiovisual directors and aims to manage the remuneration of audiovisual directors for Copyrights such as public communication acts, or acts that make the work available to third parties, among others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the provisions of Decree 1066 of 2015, it is possible for third parties to file oppositions before the DNDA targeting the aforementioned request and thus
