TRADEMARKS <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>On February 20<sup>th<\/sup> 2018 the Venezuelan Trademark Office issued an Office Action by means of which confirmed the changes regarding the duration of granted trademarks in regards to the disapplication of Decision 486 of 2000 and the application of the new Venezuelan Industrial Property Law<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the aforementioned Official Action, trademarks granted before September 17<sup>th<\/sup> 2008 (09\/17\/2008), are in force for ten (10) years, while the registrations granted as of February 20<sup>th<\/sup> 2018, will have a protection of fifteen (15) years, according to the provisions of the
