This provision applies for medical devices that are not of controlled technology of classes I and IIa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The automatic processing implies that if the applicant has all required files for the application, the same will be reviewed by the technical and legal area of the authority to grant or denies the marketing authorization.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the permit is granted, then the applicant will obtain a number of registration. This number enables to start with the manufacture and commercialization process.
