{"id":8910,"date":"2018-07-20T16:13:05","date_gmt":"2018-07-20T21:13:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/phrdev.pixelpro.website\/novedades-categoria\/peru-5-2\/"},"modified":"2020-10-26T15:34:53","modified_gmt":"2020-10-26T20:34:53","slug":"peru-5-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/phrlegal.com\/en\/novelties-en\/peru-5-2\/","title":{"rendered":"PERU"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PERU <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INDECOPI LEADS DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY WITH WIPO\u2019S SUPPORT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Peruvian Intellectual Property Office (INDECOPI) signed an agreement with WIPO on July 11<sup>th<\/sup> 2018 for the drafting and development of the Intellectual Property Policy in Peru<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The National Intellectual Property Policy seeks to set guidelines to promote the transformation of the Peruvian society ensuring the respect, value and use of the intellectual property system. It will be drafted by INDECOPI in collaboration with more than 40 public and private institutions, companies and academia that are related with intellectual property matters.
