{"id":8933,"date":"2018-09-12T21:12:32","date_gmt":"2018-09-13T02:12:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/phrdev.pixelpro.website\/novedades-categoria\/pph-agreement-between-brazil-and-denmark\/"},"modified":"2020-10-26T14:42:47","modified_gmt":"2020-10-26T19:42:47","slug":"pph-agreement-between-brazil-and-denmark","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/phrlegal.com\/en\/legal-bulletin\/pph-agreement-between-brazil-and-denmark\/","title":{"rendered":"PPH AGREEMENT BETWEEN BRAZIL AND DENMARK"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PPH AGREEMENT BETWEEN BRAZIL AND DENMARK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Following the steps taken with the Us, Japan, UK and China, the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BPTO) recently executed a patent prosecution highway agreement with the Danish Patent and Trademark Office (DKPTO) that came into effect on last September 1<sup>st<\/sup>, 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The program is expected to last for two years and provides each country to accept a maximum of 100 patent applications per year.
