Owned by IRELANDIA, the investment fund of Declan Ryan with successful experience in Ryanair, Tiger Airways, Allegiant and VivaAerobus; GRUPO BOLIVAR, one of the leading Colombian financial groups; IAMSA, the largest land passenger transportation group in Mexico and GRUPO FAST, the promoters which include a group of experienced airline managers who have been with Avianca, Aces, Tampa and British Airways, among others.<\/p>\n<p>On March 24, the future investors announced their agreement for the airline which should be initiating activities in the first quarter of 2012.
