After successfully completing the transfer of a first tranche of shares to the combined platform by mid-2022, PHR has acted as Colombian local counsel to Odinsa S.A., in the transfer of a second and final transfer of its remaining shares in Concesión Vial de los Llanos S.A.S. to the investment platform for toll road assets created by Odinsa S.A. and Macquarie Asset Management (MAM).  The transferred shares represented forty-one percent (41%) of the subscribed capital of Concesión Vial de los Llanos S.A.S.  With the acquisition of Odinsa’s shares, the investment platform became the owner of ninety-two percent (92%) of the shares of Concesión Vial de los Llanos S.A.S. strengthening its participation in toll road projects in Colombia.
