Adriana has work/professional experience in the private sector, providing defense and corporate advice on labor matters in different economic sectors such as mining, energy, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, technology, among others.

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, she was a junior lawyer in a local firm in the area of the Ministry of Labor, so she has extensive knowledge of administrative sanctioning processes and other procedures before the Ministry.
