Victoria Vargas has been an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2014. Her professional practice focuses on dispute resolution and insurance.

Victoria has extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, administrative procedures, and fiscal responsibility proceedings before the Office of the Comptroller General. She has represented domestic and foreign companies in judicial proceedings. Likewise, she has provided advice and represented clients in relation to insurance and reinsurance contracts, coverage, and claims. Additionally, she has experience in regulatory procedures of the insurance market before the Financial Superintendency of Colombia. Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, she worked at local firms.

Victoria is a lawyer from the Universidad del Rosario, has specializations in Commercial Law and Financial Law from the same University, and a

specialization in Insurance Law from the Universidad Javeriana. She is a member of the Colombian Association of Insurance Law (ACOLDESE).
