She advises domestic and international investors on a wide range of complex corporate transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs, asset sales, auctions, and joint ventures, particularly involving publicly listed companies. Isabella also has significant experience in transactions requiring approval from the Colombian Financial Superintendence, such as share acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs, and transfers of assets and liabilities.
Her practice includes advising on private equity fund structuring, alternative credit asset financing, and structured capital markets transactions, including sophisticated financing structures. She has extensive experience in M&A transactions involving securities issuers, as well as equity and debt offerings, structured products, tender offers, squeeze-out transactions, and exchange offers.
