Diego Rodríguez is a director at Posse Herrera Ruiz. His professional practice focuses on Tax planning, taxes, controversy and tax litigation.
Diego Rodríguez has more than 14 years of experience in matters related to administrative and judicial disputes with national and local tax authorities, as well as in tax and customs refund and/or compensation procedures.
Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Diego served as a senior attorney at an international consulting firm in the tax, controversy, and tax litigation area.
Diego is co-author of Volumes X, XI, and XII of the book “Critical Studies of Tax and Customs Jurisprudence”, published by the Colombian Institute of Tax Law in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Diego has also worked as a researcher for the Tax Jurisprudence Observatory of the Colombian Institute of Tax Law – ICDT.
He has participated as a speaker on topics related to refunds, procedures, tax controversy, and tax litigation.
