Sebastián Molano has been an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2021. His professional practice focuses on advising domestic and international corporate/private on new and ongoing business operations in Colombia and LATAM on domestic/international taxation and inbound/outbound international investments, integrating business strategic planning with tax efficiency and compliance.

He has participated in and led tax planning for high-value projects and M&A transactions across sectors, including finance, real estate, infrastructure, technology, energy and renewables, hospitality, entertainment, insurance, media and communications, oil and gas, among others.

He also advises Ultra/high-net-worth families and individuals on estate planning, asset protection, international taxation and family law, crafting tailored strategies and anticipating complex cross-border risks.

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, he worked at local law firms in areas such as corporate law, business law and international trade.
