Posse Herrera Ruiz has advised Elis in the purchase of the industrial laundry business of Logistica Institucional Ultramatic, a Bucaramanga based company. The transaction will allow Elis to expand its presence in Colombia adding Bucaramanga to the cities where Elis currently operates, alongside Bogotá, Medellín and Cartagena.
