Andrea Henao has been an architect at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2022. Her practice focuses on urban planning, land use regulation, and the development of real estate projects.  

Andrea has more than 16 years of experience in urban planning and real estate matters. She has extensive experience providing technical advisory services in the structuring, planning, and management of commercial, industrial, hotel, logistics, and residential projects. 

Prior to joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, she served as Urban Planning Leader and later Director of Urban Planning at Contexto Urbano S.A., a firm specialized in the planning, design, and structuring of urban and architectural projects, where she led urban development and planning processes for projects at different scales. 

Andrea is also a professor at the Faculty of Law of Universidad del Rosario, where she teaches in the Master’s Program in Law and Urban Management.
