Daniel advises on tax matters relating to environmental projects, transactions involving entities subject to Colombia’s special tax regime, tax and compliance matters in the healthcare sector, and tax-efficient structures in the financial sector. He has worked across a range of industries, including oil and gas, financial services, healthcare, and legal services. Daniel received his law degree from Universidad de los Andes and holds a postgraduate specialization in Tax Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
