Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as Colombian legal counsel to Patria Investments in the partnership through one of its affiliates, with Banca de Inversión Bancolombia S.A., Corporación Financiera, for the creation of an investment company in Colombia, whereby Patria will have a controlling 51% stake. Closing of the transaction is expected to follow within the following months.
