Felipe Carvajal has been an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2023. His practice focuses on Intellectual Property, with special emphasis on trademark portfolio management and administration.

Felipe has more than 4 years of experience in corporate, partnership and contractual matters in private sector companies. Likewise, he has experience in matters related to the administration and management of trademark portfolios, i.e., preparation of background searches of distinctive signs and their respective concept of viability for registration, he is also in charge of managing applications for registration of distinctive signs, renewals, oppositions and all kinds of procedures and actions related to the matter before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Felipe worked at EVERFIT and PREBEL, companies belonging to the textile and beauty and personal care industries, respectively.
