Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as Colombian legal counsel to Protección S.A. and Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. in the subscription of an agreement with Centro Financiero Crecer S.A. for the sale of 100% of the shares of Administradora de Fondos de Pensiones Crecer S.A., the second largest pension fund manager in El Salvador.
