Valentina Reyes has been an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2024. Her professional practice focuses on Intellectual Property and sanitary regulatory matters. Valentina carries out activities related to the analysis of protection strategies and the management of intellectual property rights. In this context, she has experience conducting freedom-to-operate and patentability searches, as well as in the filing, prosecution, and defense of invention patents, utility models, and industrial designs.

Additionally, she develops activities related to sanitary regulatory matters, including handling regulatory consultations and procedures before competent authorities. In this area, she has participated in advising clients in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biological products, alcoholic beverages, food products, agrochemicals, and other products subject to sanitary surveillance.

Prior to joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Valentina completed her professional internship at the international pharmaceutical company Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD), where she worked as a pharmacovigilance specialist, participating in the management and analysis of information related to drug safety.
