PHR acted as counsel to Banco Finandina S.A. BIC regarding the issuance of sustainable bonds in the secondary market for up to 200 billion COP, of which IBD Invest will subscribe 120 billion. This operation will boost the growth of Banco Finandina’ s green and social portfolio, which seeks to contribute to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through the financing of electric and hybrid vehicles, as well as the granting of loans to MSMEs led by women and other projects that meet the defined sustainability criteria.
