Natalia García Sastre is an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2025. Her professional practice focuses on intellectual property, competition and procedural law, with a focus on strategic advice and management of administrative and judicial proceedings.

Natalia has three years of experience in matters related to national and international patent and industrial design applications, trademarks and copyright law. Her experience includes the development of concepts related to the application of limitations and exceptions to copyright, reviewing and developing strategies for the protection of intangible assets, and managing of trademark registrations.

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Natalia worked in the patent and industrial design area of a local firm, and in the public sector at the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce and the Judicial Branch.
