María Camila Pineda Pérez has been an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2025. Her professional practice focuses on administrative law and infrastructure law, with a specific emphasis on public-private partnership (PPP) contracts for transportation infrastructure.
María Camila brings over nine years of experience, six of which have been dedicated to advising public sector entities on matters related to public law, government contracting, and infrastructure projects. Her expertise includes legal oversight of transportation infrastructure PPPs and supervision contracts, drafting legal concepts, analyzing disputes, and identifying viable legal alternatives.
Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, she held several key roles, including Contract Management Manager at the National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) and legal advisor to the vice president for Legal Affairs of the same institution. She also worked as an attorney at Laguado Vera Consultores. In these positions, she provided legal counsel on PPP contract management, supported sanctioning procedures, prepared legal analyses and advice on project management challenges, and drafted administrative acts, as well as legal actions and constitutional claims related to administrative and infrastructure law
