Verónica has tree of years of experience in mining, energy and environmental matters. Her experience specializes in legal advice related to environmental and mining regulatory compliance, preparation of due diligence reports for major transactions, as well as drafting responses to government inquiries and representing clients in environmental sanctioning proceedings.

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Verónica worked as a mining and environmental lawyer in one of the country’s leading mining companies, at one of Colombia’s top law firms specializing in mining law, as well as at the Energy and Gas Regulatory Commission.
