Laura Daza is an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2024. Her professional practice focuses on Labor and Immigration Law.

Laura has over seven years of experience providing labor and immigration counsel. She has assisted with employer substitutions, termination of employment contracts, retirement plans, disciplinary processes, labor audits, and has participated in corporate transactions both nationally and internationally through labor and payroll due diligence processes. Additionally, she has advised foreign nationals from various countries on matters related to labor recruitment, visas, permits, and the regularization of their immigration status in Colombia.

Laura currently advises a leading company in the construction sector on individual and collective labor relations. She is also a member of the Colombian Labor Lawyers Association.

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Laura worked in the labor practice of two local law firms and was part of an international firm specializing in immigration matters.
