Laura Daza has been an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2024. Her professional practice focuses on Labor and Immigration law.

Laura has eight (8) years of experience in labor and immigration counsel, assisting in employer substitutions, termination of labor contracts, retirement plans, disciplinary processes, labor audits, and participation in corporate transactions both nationally and internationally, through due diligence processes in labor and payroll matters. Additionally, she has advised foreign nationals from various countries on matters related to labor recruitment, visa, permits, and the regularization of their immigration status in Colombia.

Laura currently advises a leading company in the construction sector on individual and collective labor relations. Laura is also a member of the Colombian Labor Lawyers Association.

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Laura worked in the labor practice of two local law firms and was part of an international firm specializing in immigration matters.
