Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as legal counsel to Aligned Data Centers International, LP on the upsize of certain credit agreement originally obtained for the financing of the acquisition of Odata a leading data center provider with presence in Colombia, Brazil, México, and Chile, as well as additional data centers currently under development across Latin America.
