REGISTRATION OF ULTIMATE BENEFICIARIES OBLIGED TO BE ENTERED IN THE RUT
Domestic companies and structures without legal status will have the obligation to report their ultimate beneficiaries by December 31, 2022. To comply with this obligation, the structures without legal status must confirm that they are duly entered in the RUT.
It is important that taxpayers, domestic companies, foreign companies and entities without legal status, confirm well in advance: (i) whether they are required to report their ultimate beneficiaries; and (ii) who or who must be reported as ultimate beneficiaries.
