Andrea Henao has been an architect at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2022. Her practice focuses on urban planning, land use management, and the development of real estate projects.

She has more than 16 years of experience in urban planning and real estate matters, advising clients on the structuring, planning, and management of regional and urban projects, as well as the development of commercial, industrial, hotel, logistics, and residential projects.

Prior to joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, she served as Urban Planning Leader and later Director of Urban Planning at Contexto Urbano S.A., a firm specialized in the formulation and structuring of urban and architectural projects, where she led urban planning and development processes at different scales.

Andrea is also a professor at Universidad del Rosario, teaching in the Specialization in Urban Law and the Master’s Program in Law and Urban Management.
