Andrés Felipe Morales has been a Junior Lawyer at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2024. His professional practice focuses on advising on regimes such as Competition and consumer protection, Technology and Telecommunications and Data Privacy. 

Andrés has over two years of experience in Competition Law, Data Privacy, and Consumer Protection matters. He has advised both public and private entities and has extensive knowledge of ICT regulation, digital markets and Public Policy. He has also participated in legal advisory for the creation of Public Policies such as the National Digital Strategy, the National Development Plan, and the National Artificial Intelligence Policy. 

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Andrés worked as a legal advisor in the Digital Development Directorate of the National Planning Department.
