Andrés Morales has been an Associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2024. He has more than three years of experience advising private companies and public entities on the application of legal frameworks related to personal data protection, consumer protection, and antitrust law.

Andrés also has extensive experience providing regulatory advice to companies in the telecommunications industry, as well as counseling on healthcare and sanitary regulatory regimes within the pharmaceutical sector.

He brings strong expertise in public policy and digital transformation. Prior to joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Andrés served as a legal advisor at the Digital Development Directorate of the National Planning Department, where he contributed to the design and implementation of public policies such as the National Development Plan and the Artificial Intelligence National Policy (CONPES AI) , among others.
