Daniela Corchuelo is a partner at Posse Herrera Ruiz and focuses her practice on Dispute Resolution.
Daniela has experience in international and domestic arbitration, under different rules, as well as in advising domestic and foreign clients in contractual matters. Her practice focuses mainly on the prevention and resolution of disputes in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, she worked at a boutique local law firm handling litigation, domestic arbitration and dispute resolution in the Andean Community of Nations. Later, she worked in Switzerland at an international law firm specializing in international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration.
She is a professor at the Procedural Law Department of Universidad Externado de Colombia, where she teaches evidence law in the undergraduate program, and arbitration at both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. She is a member of the Colombian Institute of Procedural Law, the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALARB) and the Arbitration Commission of the ICC Colombian National Committee.
