Gabriela Rubiano has been an attorney at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2025. Her professional practice focuses on trademark law and copyright law. 

She has more than four years of experience in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of trademark and copyright applications in Colombia. Her practice includes comprehensive management of trademark registrations, as well as the design and implementation of strategies for the protection and defense of intangible assets. 

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Gabriela worked in the trademark practice of a local firm, where she strengthened her experience in trademark matters.
