Jean Jaider Anaya is a Junior Lawyer at Posse Herrera Ruiz. His professional practice focuses on the Tax area in Foreign Trade and Customs.
Jean Jaider has worked advising multinational companies and international institutions on the investment ecosystem in Colombia, tax incentives, free trade agreements, and the implementation of programs such as Free Trade Zones, Plan Vallejo, and Authorized Economic Operators. He also has more than two years of experience working as a teaching assistant at the Universidad de los Andes in undergraduate and LLM courses in International Law.
Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Jean Jaider worked in the legal department of Invest in Bogotá in foreign trade and foreign investment attraction. Additionally, he has worked with international organizations such as the Max Planck Institute in Germany as a researcher on Ius Constitutionale Commune in Latin America and also worked at the NGO MADRE as a research advisor on human rights.
Moreover, Jean Jaider has participated in Moot Courts such as the Inter-American Human Rights Competition at American University, and in Model United Nations, he won first place as Best Delegate in both the Universidad del Rosario Model and the EAFIT Model. Recently, in 2025, he competed in the Harvard National Model United Nations in the WTO committee.
