Johana Duarte has been an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2022. Her professional practice focuses on labor law and social security.

Johana has over 16 years of professional experience in both the public and private sectors—4 of which were as a public servant in the Judicial Branch, where she served as clerk, law clerk, and court secretary in the Labor Jurisdiction, and 12 years in the private sector managing and coordinating litigation at the national level, working with companies in the financial, insurance, mining, transportation, cosmetics, chemical, manufacturing, and pension sectors, among others.

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, she served as Coordinator of the labor litigation practice at a local firm.
