In his transactional practice, over the years Jose Alejandro has accumulated experience in multiple sectors, including specifically the development and financing of real estate projects, hospitality, shopping centers and infrastructure projects, both public and private.

In his corporate practice Jose Alejandro has been involved in complex corporate reorganizations (national and international), and in advising on the set up of programs for the prevention, management, and defense of compliance issues, also at anational and international level.
