Juan Guillermo Méndez is an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2024. His professional practice focuses on Real Estate. 

Juan Guillermo has experience in matters related to corporate and commercial law. He has also participated in the oversight of proceedings in different administrative entities and the Judicial Branch. He is currently focused on supporting urban licensing procedures, telecommunications regulation and condominium regimes. 

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Juan Guillermo worked as a legal intern at the local law firm. He was also part of the Research Seminar on Corporate Law at Universidad de los Andes and is a member of the Organizing Committee of the Corporate Law Competition of the same university.
