He has successfully represented local and international clients before civil and administrative courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative authorities. His experience is extensive in litigation matters related to civil and administrative contracts, liability proceedings, insolvency processes, consumer rights, class actions, antitrust practices, and unfair competition.
He has participated in multiple arbitration proceedings as counsel, secretary, and arbitrator. He is a member of the “A” list of arbitrators of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, as well as the list of secretaries of the same institution.
