Juan Pablo has more than 10 years of experience advising national and foreign clients in the structuring of large-scale real estate projects, transactional matters, definition of acquisition schemes, negotiation of contracts on real estate assets for the startup of operations in the public services, commerce, technology, agribusiness, infrastructure, hospitality and telecommunications sectors, as well as in cross-cutting corporate law matters and, more generally, assisting in the day-to-day operations of actors in the real estate sector. He also has expertise in the legal regime of rural property and has participated in the definition of defense strategies within claims and judicial processes concerning real estate assets. Prior to joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, he was a lawyer for a real estate development company, supporting the legal area of project structuring in corporate, commercial and real estate matters. He holds a law degree from Universidad EAFIT, a specialist degree in Business Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia and holds a LLM degree from University College London.
