Laura is an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since June 2025. Her professional practice focuses on real estate and urban development law.

Laura has over 2 years of experience in legal advisory and support for the structuring of real estate projects, including those under urbanistic licenses, tourist use housing, and mixed-use condominium regimes.

She has also participated in the segregation of rural and urban land through traditional, multi-level, and phased condominium regulations developed in the construction, residential, commercial, and educational sectors. Additionally, she has experience with cadastral procedures, due diligence and the handover of common areas and public cession areas.

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Laura worked as a lawyer at a renowned Colombian firm specializing in urban and real estate law.
