Luis has more than three years of experience in competition law, covering both unfair competition litigation and restrictive trade practices. In the area of consumer protection, he has advised and acted as lead attorney on matters for major companies in the retail and insurance sectors.

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Luis worked at firms specialized in corporate advisory services for domestic and international clients, as well as at firms specialized in competition law.
